El presente artículo trata el tema del síndrome premenstrual y su versión más grave e incapacitante: el trastorno disfórico premenstrual. Buscamos presentar los síntomas, causas y tratamientos. Resaltando la existencia de enfoques diversos. Algunos de los cuales sorprenden por su falta en efectividad, mientras que otros por lo bueno del pronóstico.
